Hooluana Ranch is a Veteran and Native Hawaiian owned and operated Ranch founded by owners Tom and Luana Beck in 1998 and we have successfully completed 2 Christmas seasons and in our third season operating Hooluana Tree Farm!  

 

Tom was a veteran of the USAF and met Luana on the island of Oahu while stationed at Hickam AFB.  After leaving the military service Tom relocated his young family to Washington State where he had grown up. While raising his own family in Washington State, the Christmas tree capitol, Tom and Luana enjoyed the Christmas time of year!  Just after each Thanksgiving the entire family would visit the local tree farms in search of that perfect Christmas Tree!  When they found it, everyone took a turn at cutting down the families Christmas tree!  

 

Because of those wonderful memories of Christmas time in Washington State and the family tradition of picking out their own family Christmas tree and the joy it brought, Tom and Luana wanted to share that same experience with their own moopuna and others here in Hawaii.  Therefore Hooluana Tree Farm was started and Hooluana Ranch is now very proud to offer Hawaii's premier U-cut Christmas tree farm.  Of course we are more than happy to fell the tree for you as the family gives the traditional "TIMBEEERRRRR"!

 

Tom and Luana have been back in the islands for the last 28 years and are active members in the Ranching and Farming communities on the island of Hawaii, where Luana serves as a member of the Hawaii Farm Bureau.
